Policies

Your time is valuable and so is mine. This is why I have implemented a cancelation policy to keep my business running smoothly and to ensure the mutual respect of my time and yours. 

I always try my best to stay on time for my guests and if I am running late you can expect to hear from me at least an hour before your appointment. I will NEVER cancel on your appointment the day of unless in the case of illness , injury, or an act of GOD/ Mother Nature.

I know emergencies happen, the unexpected happens. These will be handled on a case by case basis and at my discretion. 

Cancelations:

I require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. My booking system, styleseat , sends out both email and text confirmations and it is very important that you respond to them and let me know if you will not be able to make it to your appointment. 

All cancellations that are made less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 25% of the appointment cost. If you do not have a card on file with styleseat the cancellation fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. 

If you do not call, and do not show up on your appointment day you will be charged 50% of the service cost. 

No show clients will not be allowed to book any more appointments in the future.
